Darlene joined ResProp in 2024, bringing over 30 years of expertise in operational leadership across multiple states including Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. She specializes in evaluating and maximizing asset performance, overseeing new construction projects and leaseups, financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence, and property renovations. Throughout her career, Darlene has built significant client relationships with top third-party management firms in Houston, such as Allied Orion Group, Dayrise Residential, Embrey, Greystar, and Riverstone Residential Group.

She has successfully managed a wide variety of asset types to include Conventional, Lease Up, High Rise, Mixed Use, Affordable Housing, PFC Housing, Senior Living, and REO/Receivership. Darlene earned her BBA in Business Management from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, is a Certified Apartment Manager - NAA, a Tax Credit Specialist – National Center for Housing Management and is pursuing her CPM through IREM. Recently relocated to New Braunfels with her husband Patrick, Darlene enjoys spending time by the river with family and friends.

Shannon Rico has nearly twenty years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, and operations. Specifically, she focuses on conventional/affordable housing, contract negotiation, development and troubled assets as well as lease ups. She is a senior executive with broad experience in all aspects of property management, auditing and financial management.

Danielle Maloy currently serves as Regional Vice President in the DFW and Houston markets for the ResProp Portfolio. She has 22+ years of experience in property management in new construction, luxury lease ups, garden style, value-add renovations, conventional housing, BTR, Section 8 and LITHC.  Danielle is a servant leader with a people first mentality. Her goal and focus is to mentor and grow her teams in return driving performance and financial success for her clients. Danielle holds high expectations within her teams and has the ability to make all assets shine. Danielle holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Christina Marquez is the Director of Operations for San Antonio, she has been with ResProp for 3+ years where she has overseen the South Florida & San Antonio market.  She has over 21 years of experience in property management in condo, co-op, HOA and multifamily housing overseeing A, B, and C-class properties.  Her background includes garden style, mid-rise and high-rise, stabilization and value add properties. Christy recently served on the South East Florida Apartment Association Education & Career committee and is currently serving on the San Antonio Apartment Association Welcome Committee.  She holds a Certified Apartment Manager(CAM) certificate through the National Apartment Association and is a licensed Florida Condominium Association Manager (LCAM) through the Florida Department of Professional Regulations.

​Connor Mitchell started his career with ResProp in the BizTech Program in Tampa, gaining experience in both Texas and Florida markets along the way. Connor worked his way to a Regional Manager role on the Gulf Coast and has over 5  years of experience in property management and operations. Prior to being a Regional Manager, Connor was running unit turns for the state of Florida as well as new business development for the PropTech side of the business. Connor holds his Bachelor Degree in Sports Management/Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Jorge Ferrer is a Regional Manager for ResProp based in South Florida. He has 7+ years of property management experience including expertise in tax credit, section 8, and conventional multifamily real estate. Prior to being a Regional Manager, Jorge led the Resprop transactions team where he managed the due diligence, onboarding, & disposition of over 5,000 units. Accredited with an MBA from Piedmont College, Jorge also holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certificate from the National Apartment Association.

Daniela Cazares is a Regional Manager for Resprop in Austin Texas. She has 8 years of multifamily experience specializing in value-add assets. Operating with servant leadership values that have emphasized employee development and dynamic team building.

Jessica Westhoff has over 15 years of experience in the Jacksonville Multifamily Industry overseeing a multitude of A, B, and C class properties. She is experienced with various residential accounting systems such as YARDI, AMSI, Resman, Yieldstar and LRO. Her background includes garden style, stabilized properties, and value add acquisitions. Jessica correlates her success with the desire to provide superior customer service, exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver strong results. Jessica currently holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certificate through the National Apartment Association.

Currently serving as a valued member of the Resprop team for just over 2 years, Jillian brings over 8 years of experience in the property management industry to our team. From luxury developments to more modest accommodations, Jillian has worked across all property classes.   Born and raised in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, Jillian possesses a deep understanding of local real estate and a passion for serving the community.

Alexis Garcia currently serves as a Regional Manager for ResProp in Houston, Texas. She began her RP career working in vendor operations and tech innovation in the Jacksonville, Florida market where she quickly discovered her passion for the industry and company.  Alexis transitioned to support onsite teams as a floating Leasing Consultant and quickly moved up the ranks.  She has held every position at the site level and continued her career growth into an internal position as a Portfolio Manager.  In this role, Alexis had the opportunity to work alongside the SVP of Operations to assist with internal initiatives and client relations across the business to drive operational success.

Clocking in 5 years at ResProp, Alexis has gained experience in vendor operations, due dilligence, property takeovers, and various asset types including luxury, mid-rise, lease-up, garden-style, affordable, and value-add deals.  Alexis’ main goal is to serve all clients, stakeholders, residents, and teammates at the highest possible level.  Her sports background continues to fuel her competitive nature, value of teaming and her relentless will to win on all fronts.  Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from The University of Dayton where she captained the women's soccer team, and she also holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Akron in Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling.

Walter Niles II is a seasoned veteran in the multi-family industry with nearly 13 years of experience ranging from student housing, where he began in the industry to conventional, fractured condominium deals, workforce/affordable housing to mid-rise class-A deals. In addition to his expertise in operations, Walter has taken on multiple roles as Project Manager for value add, Capex and interior renovation projects.

Walter has a proven track record for team building, leadership and cross training. His "we are in this together," leadership approach has formed invaluable relationships throughout the industry from both former employees and employers.

Walter was a Regional Manager with ACRE (First Communities) where he left as one of the longest tenured employees for the ACRE Division and most recently was a Regional Project Manager for ZMR Capital.

Walter has a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Florida A&M University and enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for sports, music, podcasts and TV News.

Ramey Khalil is a industry professional with 23 years of experience in multifamily operations all over Texas. He holds a Certified Apartment Manager credential as well as a business degree from Stephen F Austin State University. As Regional Manager, Ramey is successful at finding Net Operating Income and solutions to big picture asset needs. Ramey currently oversees a portfolio in excess of 1,000 apartment homes in South, North West and East Austin for ResProp Management. 

He finds joy in producing bottom line results and being a consistent leader by practicing servant leadership. He is a father and values his faith, family and friends. In addition to his primary job functions as a Regional Manager for ResProp, Ramey has been recognized for his extraordinary commitment in the community by giving back through non profit charities including "St Jude Children's Hospital", "Camp Hope" and "Search".

Andrea Harrel started her property management career in Jacksonville Florida over 11 years ago. She spent the first five years of her career with Pegasus Residential completing numerous lease-ups & value add acquisitions in the greater Jacksonville area. In February 2023, she joined Resprop as a Regional Operations Support Manager in the DFW, Houston & Austin market, and was promoted to Regional Manager this year. She has experience with affordable housing, mid-rise, high-rise, and garden-style properties. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dogs in Arlington Texas.

Jocelyn Wheeler serves as a Regional Manager for ResProp in the DFW market, bringing over 13 years of expertise to her role. Her career began with TriBridge Residential in the greater Jacksonville area, where she developed a strong foundation in property management. Transitioning to an owner-managed group, focusing on new development, Jocelyn refined her skills and developed a true passion for luxury lease-ups. Her extensive experience spans managing new construction projects, luxury lease-ups, garden-style, mid-rise, and
build-to-rent (BTR) communities, as well as conventional, affordable, and PFC housing.

Jocelyn is dedicated to providing excellence in property management, emphasizing a collaborative, innovative, and respectful work environment. She is committed to creating value for owners, residents, and team members, leveraging her problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.

Gary Davis comes to us with 26 years of Multifamily experience.  Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President for JRK Residential’s Florida Portfolio. He has experience in both Conventional as well as Affordable housing having worked hand in hand with AIG, Sun America, and McCormack Barron in the past and achieved the designation of HCCP in 2008. His experience includes Contract negotiations, troubled assets, lease-ups, due diligence,  renovations, and maintenance, having acquired his EPA Universal License as well as his CPO license.  Gary’s goal is to serve all Clients, Residents, and teammates at the highest level possible with his lead-by-example dedication.

Cheryl Petrash joined ResProp in 2024 and brings over 20 years experience in the Multifamily and Property Management Industry. She has managed a variety of multifamily communities including multi site management, garden style, mid and high rise, new construction, and lease ups. Cheryl has also seen many acquisitions and dispositions and played a vital role in due diligence take overs. Cheryl has studied Business Management and continues to expand her knowledge by continuing her education through Houston Apartment Association. In her time as a Community Manager and Regional Manager, Cheryl has led award-winning teams providing constant growth to her team and communities. She has been awarded with Manager of the Year and ranked in the top 10 Customer Satisfaction awards. Her success in stabilizing communities, achieving the occupancy and income growth of her assets, as well as mentoring and coaching are all great attributes that Cheryl will provide to ensure the success of the asset.

Russell Ender has 17 years of experience in an array of facility services. He brings a unique perspective to facilities management as his professional experience has involved providing service with in-house teams as well as contracted service partners. Russell is responsible for providing direction and oversight  for facilities operations and maintenance, capital improvements and project management.

Joshua grew up in a quiet little town called Hialeah. After completing high school, he enlisted in the Army as a Cannon Crewmember/Paratrooper. In 2004, Joshua entered the multifamily space, initially working on condo conversions. He began by moving appliances and delivering materials, quickly advancing to a renovation manager role. Over the span of 2004 to 2007, Joshua and his team converted 10 sites into condos. Following the market crash, they transitioned to a strategy of renting and holding properties. With his experience in A/C repair and renovations, Joshua took on the role of multi-site maintenance supervisor. Additionally, he assisted with leasing in the office, as customer service has always been a part of his job that he enjoys. For the past 2.5 years, Joshua has served as the Regional Maintenance Director for the South Florida/San Antonio regions at Resprop. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting for food by land, air, or sea. Joshua also considers himself a plant nerd with a green thumb and dreams of one day living off the land.

Erik Norling is originally from Boston Ma and now lives in Florida. He has over 17 years of experience in the multifamily industry with the last 6 years serving in a Regional Maintenance Director position. He is married with 2 kids. Erik's hobbies include family, cars and sports.

Lloyd Crawford has been in the multi- family industry for over thirty (30) years. Has served at various capacities creating value for private and publicly owned companies that have made the Fortune 100 Best Companies to work for. During his career he has worked for Finger Company, Camden Property Trust, Thompson Thrift, and TAM Residential. He also was an integral part of over one hundred (100) New Developments ranging from garden, mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use developments, in markets such as California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, Florida, Washington, D.C.

Gordon Fisher is originally from Iowa. He served 5 years in the US Army as an explosives engineer and paratrooper in Hawaii and then another 5 years as a Corrections Officer in a maximum-security prison in Georgia. He has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry with the last 3.5 years serving in a Regional Maintenance Director position. He is married with 7 kids (4 biological, 3 step) and has 6 grandchildren (4 boys, 2 girls). Gordon's hobbies include family, fishing, hunting, being outdoors and college football.
