Tom Mikolas has over 29 years of experience in residential and commercial properties. His background includes Garden style, mid rise and high rise properties including the overseeing of 5 new construction properties in the Chicago land area and 3 other properties in the midwest. He also comes with extensive experience in the hotel industry. Tom has worked his way through this industry learning every aspect of it from starting out as an apprentice technician to running a maintenance staff of over 50 employees. Not stopping there, he then was able to start working directly with ownership on new construction projects. Tom is a team player in every meaning of the phrase and is willing to share all his years of experience with everyone that he works with to create a better team.
