Walter Niles II is a seasoned veteran in the multi-family industry with nearly 13 years of experience ranging from student housing, where he began in the industry to conventional, fractured condominium deals, workforce/affordable housing to mid-rise class-A deals. In addition to his expertise in operations, Walter has taken on multiple roles as Project Manager for value add, Capex and interior renovation projects.

Walter has a proven track record for team building, leadership and cross training. His "we are in this together," leadership approach has formed invaluable relationships throughout the industry from both former employees and employers.

Walter was a Regional Manager with ACRE (First Communities) where he left as one of the longest tenured employees for the ACRE Division and most recently was a Regional Project Manager for ZMR Capital.

Walter has a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Florida A&M University and enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for sports, music, podcasts and TV News.
