Gary Davis comes to us with 26 years of Multifamily experience.  Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President for JRK Residential’s Florida Portfolio. He has experience in both Conventional as well as Affordable housing having worked hand in hand with AIG, Sun America, and McCormack Barron in the past and achieved the designation of HCCP in 2008. His experience includes Contract negotiations, troubled assets, lease-ups, due diligence,  renovations, and maintenance, having acquired his EPA Universal License as well as his CPO license.  Gary’s goal is to serve all Clients, Residents, and teammates at the highest level possible with his lead-by-example dedication.
