Rachel Ridley has over 20 years of real estate experience. She was a key executive of a private equity team that grew AUM from $200M to over $1.5B, returning over $800M to investors. Rachel oversees accounting, portfolio management, risk management, treasury, debt financing, insurance and investor relations. Prior to ResProp, she spent 12 years at PwC auditing and advising REITs and investment funds; then was CFO of a multi-billion dollar public company subsidiary, where she oversaw the spin-off and public listing of two companies. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Rachel has a BA from Emory University, and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin.
