Jocelyn Wheeler serves as a Regional Manager for ResProp in the DFW market, bringing over 13 years of expertise to her role. Her career began with TriBridge Residential in the greater Jacksonville area, where she developed a strong foundation in property management. Transitioning to an owner-managed group, focusing on new development, Jocelyn refined her skills and developed a true passion for luxury lease-ups. Her extensive experience spans managing new construction projects, luxury lease-ups, garden-style, mid-rise, and
build-to-rent (BTR) communities, as well as conventional, affordable, and PFC housing.
