The asset consists of 354 units with a wide array of amenities and energy efficient studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartment homes, along with two bedroom townhomes.

Interior renovations totaled $1,253,302 and included changing all appliances from white to black, backsplash changing all cabinet hardware from round pulls to stainless steel bar pulls, upgrading harder and fixtures, adding vinyl sheet and carpet flooring.
