Jay Snyder serves as the Director of Procurement & Risk for ResProp Management. He is hyperfocused on leading systems that are tailored to operators and processes that provide owners with the confidence that expenses are being managed diligently. He also oversees the Risk & Compliance department, developing and promoting a compliance function that effectively manages and mitigates risk. Jay began his career with ResProp in 2017 as part of the BizTech Program and gained extensive experience in property operations and construction. In addition to this experience, Jay led South Florida operations for an internal technology startup where he contributed to 75% YoY growth of the company. Jay holds a B.B.A from Florida International University and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami.
