Darlene joined ResProp in 2024, bringing over 30 years of expertise in operational leadership across multiple states including Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. She specializes in evaluating and maximizing asset performance, overseeing new construction projects and leaseups, financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence, and property renovations. Throughout her career, Darlene has built significant client relationships with top third-party management firms in Houston, such as Allied Orion Group, Dayrise Residential, Embrey, Greystar, and Riverstone Residential Group.

She has successfully managed a wide variety of asset types to include Conventional, Lease Up, High Rise, Mixed Use, Affordable Housing, PFC Housing, Senior Living, and REO/Receivership. Darlene earned her BBA in Business Management from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, is a Certified Apartment Manager - NAA, a Tax Credit Specialist – National Center for Housing Management and is pursuing her CPM through IREM. Recently relocated to New Braunfels with her husband Patrick, Darlene enjoys spending time by the river with family and friends.
