Alexis Garcia currently serves as a Regional Manager for ResProp in Houston, Texas. She began her RP career working in vendor operations and tech innovation in the Jacksonville, Florida market where she quickly discovered her passion for the industry and company.  Alexis transitioned to support onsite teams as a floating Leasing Consultant and quickly moved up the ranks.  She has held every position at the site level and continued her career growth into an internal position as a Portfolio Manager.  In this role, Alexis had the opportunity to work alongside the SVP of Operations to assist with internal initiatives and client relations across the business to drive operational success.

Clocking in 5 years at ResProp, Alexis has gained experience in vendor operations, due dilligence, property takeovers, and various asset types including luxury, mid-rise, lease-up, garden-style, affordable, and value-add deals.  Alexis’ main goal is to serve all clients, stakeholders, residents, and teammates at the highest possible level.  Her sports background continues to fuel her competitive nature, value of teaming and her relentless will to win on all fronts.  Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from The University of Dayton where she captained the women's soccer team, and she also holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Akron in Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling.
