Forrest White
Senior Director of Construction
Forrest has over twenty years experience in construction and facility maintenance. He graduated in 1998 from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and afterwards worked in facility maintenance operations until 2004 when he became a Project Manager overseeing small to medium sized capital projects for multi family real estate where he was responsible for scope development, cost estimating and direct project oversight.
In 2006 Forrest became the Vice President of Asset Engineering for Alliance Residential’s Construction Management group where he oversaw the redevelopment and construction of projects for a portfolio of over 85,000 rental homes across the nation with a project volume of exceeding $70MM annually. Experienced in both extensive renovation projects as well as ground up construction Forrest’s background is also focused on risk reduction and compliance with health and environmental safety standards.
