Dija Fraser is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for ResProp Property Management with over 25 years of experience in the service industry ascending from an entry level barista to a global executive with Starbucks Coffee Company. Her impressive run with Starbucks includes 18+ years of running field operations in the most challenging, multi-million dollar markets from Seattle to New York, 5+ years of testing, operationalizing and launching new products nationally and 3 years acquiring talent for all levels of the organization globally. She attributes her success to the ability to continuously build high performance teams with successors who have successors. Her core belief is in the service to others. She runs the operations of ResProp from the property - grounds up - and expects all teams across the organization to serve others with energy and purpose - with Zeal. She is based in Austin, TX.
