Phil Howard is based in Greensboro, NC and currently serves as the Director of Procurement, responsible for leading spend management and ancillary revenue programs across the ResProp portfolio. Most recently at Bell Partners, he has over ten years of experience in the multifamily industry that spans across multiple fields, which include: Accounting, Affordable Housing, Construction, and Procurement. Phil is dedicated to the organization’s success by combining an analytical and data driven method with a committed customer service approach and belief in “Procurement as a Partnership”. This is driven by his passion for fostering meaningful relationships with teammates and vendor partners alike. Phil holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Appalachian State University.
