Paula Watts is our Director of Affordable Housing. She holds the Housing Credit Certified Specialist, Certified Housing Choice Voucher Management Specialist, and Blended Occupancy Specialist certifications

She fell in love with multifamily management more than 25 years ago as an Accounts, Payable, Receivable, & Payroll Specialist, which gives her unique insight into leading teams to accomplish owner and organizational financial goals. Her experience then transitioned to the Property Management Operations Department, which includes market rate and LIHTC class A, B, C, and HUD, Public Housing, Development, Construction, and Acquisition. She has comprehensive knowledge of multifamily property operations, renovations, and property transactions. Paula started with ResProp in November 2025. When she is not working, she loves cooking and spending time outdoors, fishing, and relaxing at the beach.
