Rebecca Cook is a certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. She fell into and in love with multifamily management more than 25 years ago as a leasing consultant, which gives her unique insight into leading teams to accomplish owner and organizational goals. Her experience includes market rate and LIHTC class A, B, C, and value add communities. She has comprehensive knowledge of multifamily property operations, renovations, and property transactions. Currently she serves as a Regional Vice President in the Houston and Fort Worth markets. When she is not working, she is an active volunteer in her community and enjoys walking with her dog or paddling on the lake.
