Jon Sanchez joined ResProp in early 2026 as a Regional Manager. As a seasoned Dallas leader, Jon is known for driving operational performance, building high-performing teams, and strengthening client relationships across diverse portfolios.

Starting his career as a leasing consultant, Jon quickly advanced through progressive leadership roles, earning a reputation for strategic execution, accountability, and results-driven leadership. He brings a strong track record of improving occupancy, reducing delinquency, and increasing NOI through disciplined operations, data-driven decision-making, and team development.

Jon is passionate about creating cultures of ownership and aligning on-site teams with asset-level and investor goals. In 2025, Jon was named a National Apartment Association Emerging Leader of the Year Finalist and received the Texas Apartment Association’s Barbara McManus Property Manager of the Year Award. He has also led communities to top industry honors, including the AAGD Sapphire Property of the Year Award, and has earned multiple recognitions for operational excellence.

He was selected as part of the NAA 20 on the Rise class of 2026. Jon remains deeply committed to advancing the industry through leadership development and mentorship, serving as Vice Chair of the AAGD Education Committee and contributing to several national initiatives.

He holds CAPS, CAM, and CAMT designations and continues to focus on developing future leaders who drive performance, enhance asset value, and deliver exceptional results for clients and communities.
