Carsen Zachary is a Regional Manager at ResProp, where he partners with ownership groups and onsite teams to drive operational excellence, strengthen financial performance, and develop high-performing organizations across multiple key Texas markets. With experience spanning PFC, HFC, tax credit, conventional, senior, and value-add communities, he is recognized for his ability to lead through change, build strong teams, and deliver sustainable results while maintaining a people-first approach to leadership.

He regularly speaks at local high schools to introduce students to career opportunities in multifamily housing, helping inspire the next generation of professionals and strengthen the industry’s future workforce. He also serves on the worship band at his church and volunteers through ministries that support local families, including Family Promise, Vacation Bible School, backpack and meal programs, and other community outreach initiatives.
