Jorge Ferrer is an Area Vice President for ResProp, based in South Florida. With 7+ of property management experience, he has expertise in tax credit, Section 8, and conventional multifamily real estate. Before stepping into his current role, Jorge served as a Regional Manager and previously led the ResProp transactions team, where he managed the due diligence, onboarding, and disposition of over 5,000 units. He holds an MBA from Piedmont College and a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certificate from the National Apartment Association.
