Sarah-Grace Harley is based in Savannah, GA, with 19 years of leadership experience and 10 years in multifamily property management. She began her career with MAA, and has since expanded her expertise in third-party management. Sarah-Grace has a proven track record in driving success in student housing, lease-ups, repositions & stabilization sites, with operational experience in NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, TX, OH, PA & MO. Her career highlights include leading ResProp’s first lease-up as Property Manager and advancing to the role of Regional Manager.

Sarah-Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Tennessee. In her free time, Sarah-Grace is active in the Junior League & enjoys traveling with her husband.
