Star Allen is a seasoned Regional Manager with over 15 years of leadership experience in multifamily and student housing, spanning markets in Florida, California, Nevada, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Oregon, and the Carolinas. She brings extensive expertise in lease-ups, stabilized operations, asset turnarounds, and new development, with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence across diverse asset types.

Before joining ResProp, Star oversaw a large by-the-bed (BTB) student housing and multifamily portfolio in Florida, where she led strategic initiatives that elevated underperforming regions, improved team accountability, and drove consistent financial performance. Her previous roles include regional leadership in California, where she stabilized multiple new developments, executed multimillion-dollar capital projects, and led property audits and asset preservation efforts.

Known for her results-oriented approach and ability to develop high-performing teams, Star is focused on streamlining operations, growing NOI, and supporting ResProp’s continued expansion across the Southeast.
