Christina Marquez is an Area Vice President at ResProp with more than 30 years of experience in property management. She has oversees operations across the South Florida, San Antonio, and Austin markets and has extensive experience across condo, multifamily housing, condo, HOA, including LIHTC, tax credit, Section 8, and conventional communities. Her background includes value-add, renovations, luxury, lease-ups, distressed, and stabilized assets, with a strong track record of driving performance and leading high-performing teams.

Christina is actively involved in the multifamily industry and serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Apartment Association, where she also chairs the Membership Committee. She is a member of the Texas Apartment Association Affordable Housing Committee and previously served on the Southeast Florida Apartment Association’s Education & Career Committee. She holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association and is a licensed Condominium Association Manager (LCAM) in Florida.
