Christina Marquez is an Area Vice President at ResProp, bringing over 30 years of experience in property management. She has been with ResProp for five years, overseeing operations in the South Florida, San Antonio, and Austin markets. Her expertise spans condo, co-op, HOA, and multifamily housing, including tax credit, Section 8, and conventional multifamily real estate. Her background includes value-add, conventional, renovations, luxury, and lease-up communities, with a proven ability to lead teams through all stages of asset performance.

Christina has remained actively engaged in the industry throughout her career. She has been selected to serve on the 2026 Board of Directors for the San Antonio Apartment Association and currently serves on the Education and Membership Committees. She previously served on the Southeast Florida Apartment Association's Education & Career Committee. She holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association. She is a licensed Condominium Association Manager (LCAM) in Florida, as certified by the Florida Department of Professional Regulation.
