Angela Aguilar is based in Austin TX and currently serves as Chief of Staff at ResProp Management, primarily responsible for planning and managing strategic initiatives across the organization, providing cross-functional support to operations, and overseeing the Marketing, IT, Centralized Support Team, Human Resources, and the BizTech Program.
​Prior to ResProp, she was a Regional Manager for a technology startup focused on reinventing property on-site maintenance operations. Previously, she spent over 8 years in the medical field with a focus on operations and business development. Angela received her BS in Environmental Resource Management and BA in German Language and Culture from the University of Texas at Austin.

Peter Byrne leads property management operations and business development for the ResProp portfolio. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief of Staff, focused on strategic initiatives across the organization.  Peter began his career at Resprop in 2014 as a member of the Biztech Program, gaining field level experience, rising up to become a regional manager in S. Florida and then transitioning to Texas to oversee operations.  Along the way, he also pioneered operations for a technology startup focused on reinventing on-site maintenance operations.  Peter is based in Austin and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Tampa.

Rachel Ridley has over 20 years of real estate experience. She was a key executive of a private equity team that grew AUM from $200M to over $1.5B, returning over $800M to investors. Rachel oversees accounting, portfolio management, risk management, treasury, debt financing, insurance and investor relations. Prior to ResProp, she spent 12 years at PwC auditing and advising REITs and investment funds; then was CFO of a multi-billion dollar public company subsidiary, where she oversaw the spin-off and public listing of two companies. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Rachel has a BA from Emory University, and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jordon Gofourth is based in Jacksonville, Florida and currently serves as Managing Director for the ResProp Portfolio. He has 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership and operations spanning across manufacturing, logistics & distribution, and construction & maintenance industries. Jordon’s core leadership style focuses on coaching and developing strong teams to make empowered & informed decisions driven by data. His goal is to build ResProp into a world-class property management operation by developing rigorous processes and continuing to put “results first”. Jordon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA from Georgia Tech.

Luke Leins oversees Third Party Management growth and expansion in the Florida market.  Luke's background includes development, acquisitions, private-equity raising, and third-party management.  Luke's strategic approach is to partner with ownership groups looking to develop multifamily portfolios by assisting with deal sourcing, underwriting, capital planning, and market research.  He also works on strategic management changes to maximize property values for owners.  Luke holds a BSBA from Colorado State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).

Chris Nissen serves as Vice President of Accounting overseeing ResProp's corporate and property accounting teams. Before joining ResProp in 2023, Chris got his start in property management in 2014 working his way through the ranks of property accounting at Alliance Residential and then moving to oversee Property Accounting at RPM Living in 2020. Chris' experience includes building and leading property accounting teams and positioning those teams to operate in a high growth faced paced environment. His unique blend of customer service focus and property accounting fundamentals has proven to deliver results for both clients and the company. Chris holds a BSBA in accounting and economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
