Daniel French is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of InvestRes / ResProp Management.  Dan has been an investor and manager of multifamily properties since 2005. Working with the executive leadership team, he has overseen growth of ~ $2 billion of real estate assets under ownership and management. His strategic vision focuses on serving owners, growing the platform, and ensuring ResProp’s teammates live the virtues and mission.  Dan is based in Austin; he is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds a BA from Binghamton University and a MPA from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy.

Peter Byrne leads property management operations and business development for the ResProp portfolio. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, focused on strategic initiatives across the organization.  Peter began his career at Resprop in 2014 as a member of the Biztech Program, gaining field level experience, rising up to become a regional manager in S. Florida and then transitioning to Texas to oversee operations.  Along the way, he also pioneered operations for a technology startup focused on reinventing on-site maintenance operations.  Peter is based in Austin and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Tampa.

Angela Aguilar is based in Austin TX and currently serves as Chief of Staff at ResProp Management, primarily responsible for planning and managing strategic initiatives across the organization, providing cross-functional support to operations, and overseeing the Marketing, IT, Centralized Support Team, Human Resources, and the BizTech Program.
​Prior to ResProp, she was a Regional Manager for a technology startup focused on reinventing property on-site maintenance operations. Previously, she spent over 8 years in the medical field with a focus on operations and business development. Angela received her BS in Environmental Resource Management and BA in German Language and Culture from the University of Texas at Austin.

Rachel Ridley is part of the executive team of InvestRes / ResProp Management that has grown AUM from $200M to over $1.5B, and returning over $800M to investors.. Rachel oversees accounting, portfolio management, risk management, treasury, debt financing, captive insurance and investor relations. Prior to InvestRes, she spent 12 years at PwC auditing and advising REITs and investment funds; then was CFO of a multi-billion dollar public company subsidiary, where she oversaw the spin-off and public listing of two companies. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Rachel has a BA from Emory University, and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Forrest White has over twenty years of experience in multifamily and single-family real estate.  His career in property management and leadership has focused on operations, construction, and facilities.  He started his career working through college in facilities maintenance, getting his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.  In 2006, Forrest established the Asset Engineering team at Alliance and oversaw the facilities and redevelopment projects for over 85,000 rental homes across the nation with a project volume of exceeding $70MM annually. Now with ResProp, he works with the team to bring a no excuses approach to maximizing property performance
